Production Workers Needed – Multiple Openings!
Join our fast‑growing manufacturing team! We are hiring multiple Production Workers across Mattress Assembly, Material Handling, and Quilting. If you’re motivated, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable industry.
What You’ll Do
You will work as part of a team building high‑quality mattresses. Responsibilities may include:
Building mattress interiors using glue, foam, and upholstery materials
Operating hand and power tools (staple guns, hot glue guns, c‑ring hog‑ring guns)
Inspecting materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
Sewing fabric and assembling pillow tops with sewing machines
Staging and moving materials using push carts
Following work instructions and maintaining consistent production accuracy
Schedule & Work Environment
Start time: 5:00 AM
End time: When the daily production volume is completed
Hours may vary by day and season
During busy periods, shifts may run up to 12 hours
Most Saturdays required during peak months
Temperature‑controlled, clean, and safety‑focused environment
PPE provided and required in designated areas
This role is volume‑driven , so the day ends when the team finishes the required production output.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience with hand tools or general assembly
Experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Comfortable using tools (staple or nail guns, manual tools, etc.)
Ability to read, write, and speak English
High school diploma or GED
Preferred but not required:
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience

This is a Contract position based out of Riviera Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
