Job Title: Batch Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will adhere to all cGMP and safety requirements and assist the Lead Operator in daily operations and the regular cleaning of the production area. The role involves ensuring the correct material is staged for distillation and assisting in still operations. Responsibilities also include charging equipment, transferring material, drumming material, issuing/reporting material from the distillation run, and accurately labeling containers.
Responsibilities
Adhere to all cGMP and safety requirements.
Assist the Lead Operator in daily operations and regular cleaning of the production area.
Ensure correct material is staged for distillation.
Assist in still operation, including charging equipment, transferring material, and drumming material.
Issue and report material from the distillation run and accurately label containers.
Provide QC and lab with product samples for quality testing when requested.
Dispense WIP materials to drums and containers of various sizes, label, and store appropriately.
Update and file all necessary production documentation accurately and precisely.
Essential Skills
Adherence to cGMP and safety requirements.
Experience in production and general production environments.
Proficient in record keeping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to interpret and analyze client schedules and prioritize tasks.
Experience in updating and maintaining accurate customer records, contracts, labeling, packaging, and stock requirements.
Experience in recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Work Environment
This position requires the ability to reach overhead, bend at the knees to file, grasp, push/pull, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. The work environment emphasizes safety and adherence to cGMP standards.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverview, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
