Central Wyoming College WPBS Digital Engagement & Analytics Manager in Riverton, Wyoming
- Design and manage audience research initiatives, including surveys, polls, and data analysis, to understand viewer behavior, preferences, and engagement trends.
- Identify key audience segments and emerging opportunities to guide content and marketing decisions.
Digital Analytics & Performance Strategy
- Oversee analytics platforms and dashboards, tracking performance across broadcast, web, email, streaming, and social media.
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for content, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
Content & Marketing Optimization
- Collaborate with producers and marketers to ensure programming and campaigns are data-informed and optimized for target audiences.
- Provide evidence-based guidance on content development, promotion, and distribution strategies.
Strategic Advising & Reporting
- Present research findings and performance analyses to senior leadership and the Wyoming PBS Foundation to inform strategic planning and organizational priorities.
- Advise leadership on audience growth strategies, digital innovation, and competitive positioning.
Collaboration & Special Projects
- Partner across departments to align audience intelligence with content, outreach, and donor engagement goals.
- Support special initiatives and creative projects that leverage audience data to advance Wyoming PBS's mission.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the creation and distribution of digital marketing communications, including website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Provide editorial guidance and design direction for marketing materials, ensuring they align with Wyoming PBS brand standards and strategic goals.
- Supervise the production of the monthly program guide and related digital communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective audience reach.
- Coordinate workflows, timelines, and responsibilities for these deliverables, delegating tasks as appropriate to team members or external partners.
