Wind River Family & Community Health Care Grants Management Coordinator - Grants Management in Riverton, Wyoming

Leads the implementation of and ensures adherence to grant workflow processes and procedures.

Maintains a grant portfolio on awarded grants from funding agencies. Actively search for relevant grant opportunities from government agencies, private foundations, and other funding sources. Analyze grant guidelines and eligibility requirements to determine suitability for the organization's needs. Maintain a database of potential grant funders and their funding priorities. Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information and data for grant applications. Draft compelling grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation. Ensure proposals are formatted and submitted according to grant guidelines and deadlines. Monitor awarded grants to ensure compliance with funding agency regulations and project timelines. Monitor and track grant expenditures and coordinate with the finance department for financial reporting. Coordinate with program staff to implement grant-funded activities and achieve project goals. Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of grant-funded programs. Prepare comprehensive reports for funders detailing project progress and outcomes. Act as a liaison between the organization and grant-makers, responding to inquiries and providing updates on grant progress. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Ensures a centralized computer file of grants awarded to WRFCHC including original request for proposal/funding, proposal/application submitted for funding, budgets, tribal resolutions, budget amendments, award letters and conditions of awards. Ensure an accessible Authorized Organizational Representatives (AOR) for purposes of grant submission via Grants.gov and other electronic grant application platforms. Regular review of GMS (grants management system) and other electronic and on/electronic reporting systems, correspondence, grant adjustment notices with referral to project managers for management/adjustments if needed. Monitor annual tribal status of annual SAM.gov registration and Indirect Cost Rate, in conjunction with tribal finance offices. Administrative oversight of the Grant Portfolio. Reports to WRFCHC administration when grant reporting is not on track or behind schedule and suggests remediation strategies to ensure currency by program staff. Forwarding of mandatory grant training information to program staff and tracking of attendance per grant requirements. Receive Letters of Intent from the CEO and disseminate information to WRFCHC project managers/division managers and integrated systems planner to promote grant collaboration. Provide quarterly listing of grant/funding contracts including name, summary of function or abstract, department, and project manager provided to WRFCHC administration. Supervise the establishment of dedicated grant accounts within the WRFCHCS finance system. Provides performance oversight to ensure compliance with grants and contracts. Prepares required reports for presentation to WRFCHC administration. Performs a variety of administrative and support functions, grant administration, and implementation of a variety of grants as delegated, and budget compliance work including summaries and projections. Research, develop, write, update, and implement grant department policies, standard operating procedures, competencies, and checklists in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Engages staff and other stakeholders in continuous improvement of systems and processes; manages resources for staff participation in improvement of work activities. Supervise, coach, and direct designated staff under the grant department. Ensures completion of required grant reporting. Responsible for timekeeping of designated grant department staff in accordance with WRFCHC Policies and Procedures. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching t designated Grant Department Staff with regard to changes, objectives, and overall goals of the organization. Assist with hiring procedures and interviews of new grant department staff. Issues and documents disciplinary action per WRFCHC policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the department.
