Responsibilities

• Mixes ingredients to prepare beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
• Interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
• Provides exceptional customer service to all guests
• Assist with inventory and inventory control
• Completes assigned opening and closing side work
• Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks, if required
• Presents checks to bar patrons
• Makes correct change and/or completes any necessary charge transactions
• Prepares drinks for bar and grill servers to serve to customers
• Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and the supervisor
• Must adhere to Food & Beverage and company policies and procedures

• Additional duties as required

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Basic mathematical skills, such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

CERTIFICATES & LICENSES:

Must be able to obtain a Wyoming Alcohol Servers Certification.
