Solution Development Architect – ServiceNow

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Development Architect (SDA) with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now This role requires one who can effectively communicate and collaborate with CP CRMs AE and EDLs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CP CRMs AE and EDLs on new ServiceNow opportunities and renewals to develop a differentiated, winnable, and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case using in depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and capabilities.

  • Define overall solution architecture solution, including scope, risks, costs, automation, and AI, in alignment with our ability to deliver.

  • Ability and dedication to respond quickly to new opportunities within the areas of ServiceNow specialization.; ability to work with tight deadlines.

  • Partner with GSA to stitch together different parts of the portfolio when developing solutions that include multiple practices. Leverage technical and delivery knowledge to provide inputs on the business side and other practical aspects of proposals.

  • Contribute to kick off of the delivery of the solution once the deal is converted and continue to provide guidance until client delivery commences ensuring that solutions are delivered at the highest quality standards.

  • Maintain and manage technical documentation and ensure that all solutions are well documented and easily maintained, Operating Model & Deployment Rules deployed to all deals except staff augmentation opportunities.

  • Getting involved, primarily post Stage 2, in deal pursuits.

  • Responsible for front ending non transformative and small deals (less than $1M TCV) alongside CPs & CRMs when SLS is not deployed.

  • Rating based performance management, driven by the following factors:

  • TCV won

  • TCV solutioned

  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow, Platform and capabilities, and the ServiceNow ecosystem.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative scalable secure solutions.

  • Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Understanding of consultative selling and front-ending non transformative small deals (less than $1M TCV) alongside CPs & CRMs in the absence of SLS.

  • 7+ years' experience designing and implementing complex technical solutions for large enterprises with demonstrated impact and knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and capabilities. Certifications Required

  • B.E B.Tech, M.E M.Tech, MCA, or any other engineering degree in Computer Science or IT related field.

  • ServiceNow Certifications and proven ServiceNow Platform experience

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow ITIL Foundation Certification
