Job Title: Shock Assembly Technician Job Description
Join our dynamic team at a shock assembly plant where you'll use hand and power tools to build shocks for various Polaris equipment, including ATVs, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, and motorcycles. You'll work on a production line following detailed work instructions in a fast-paced environment with daily quotas to meet.
Responsibilities
Assemble shocks on a production line using hand and power tools.
Follow written work instructions accurately.
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly as part of the assembly process.
Meet daily production quotas efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Collaborate with team members in close quarters for efficient assembly.
Essential Skills
3-6 months of experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Capability to work overtime regularly.
Experience in manufacturing assembly processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, energy, or automotive.
Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with mechanical assembly.
Proficiency in using tape measures and understanding assembly line operations.

Work Environment
You will be working on long metal table stations in close quarters, where the environment is quite hot due to the use of power tools. Fans are provided to ensure comfort. The goal is to build 700 shocks a day until March, which will then drop to 600 shocks in April. Dress comfortably to accommodate the physical demands of the job.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
