Qualifications:
Masters Degree
* Valid Ohio High School principal certificate
* Must pass background check
* Competent in understanding and applying Special Education Laws
* Process experience in using requisitions and purchase orders.
* (Desired) Experience with the Ohio Improvement Process
* Experience in Data Driven Instruction
* Skilled in Curriculum Development and Standards Based Instruction
* Knowledge of formative and summative assessments
* Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
* Capable of building strong interpersonal relationships
* Understands and can Implement MTSS
* Excellent technology skills
* Excellent record in classroom management, or as administrative student disciplinarian
* Knowledge of OHSAA Rules and Regulations
