ManpowerGroup Program coordinator in Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Our client, a well‑established organization within a highly regulated and technical environment, is seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support a multi‑functional onsite program, ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, and strong communication across key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills to help drive successful program outcomes.

Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Pay Range: $55,000 – $75,000 annually

Schedule: Onsite, office hours

What’s the Job?

  • Oversee daily onsite program operations to ensure tasks, timelines, and quality standards are met.

  • Lead and support the onsite team, including coaching, scheduling, and performance guidance.

  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities as needed to maintain proper staffing.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration across groups.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as timekeeping, reporting, and process improvements.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in program coordination, site operations, or a similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, structured environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with business systems, preferably SAP; advanced Excel. Power BI experience is a plus.
