Senior Test Analyst
About the role
As a Senior Test Analyst , you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Cards & Payments solutions that support critical financial services. You will be a valued member of a high-performing delivery team, working closely with developers, business analysts, and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable systems through a combination of automation and manual testing .
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end testing activities for Cards & Payments applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to improve test coverage and efficiency
Perform hands-on manual testing to identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure high-quality releases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans and scenarios
Analyze test results, document defects, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders
Promote and apply best practices in testing methodologies, tools, and processes to continuously improve quality outcomes

What you need to have to be considered:
8–10 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
Strong hands-on experience with manual and automation testing
Proven experience testing Cards & Payments or similar financial systems
Solid automation experience using Selenium with Java
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
These will help you stand out:
Background or domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services (BFS)
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Exposure to test strategy improvement, test frameworks, or process optimization
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence quality outcomes
