Your role and responsibilities
If you’re looking for your first job and want to learn firsthand how the job market works, the IBM Young Apprentice Program is the perfect place to start! Here, you’ll have the chance to develop skills, gain experience, and grow professionally in an environment that values learning and inclusion.
Required technical and professional expertise
Be between 17 and 21 years old. (For people with disabilities, there is no upper age limit.)
Be enrolled in the final year of high school at a public school or have a full scholarship at a private school. People who have already completed high school under these conditions may also participate.
Not currently enrolled in higher education.
Have a low family income, as the program is social in nature and aims to promote the inclusion of young people in the job market.
Never have participated as a Young Apprentice at another company.
Be available to work from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you are still in high school, you must be enrolled in the evening ses
