Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for supporting Global IBM FiTTER (Financing, Treasury, Transformation, Enterprise Risks, and Retirement Funds).
Responsible for optimizing operations across the organization through customized, innovative, and streamlined solutions. Activities include automating repetitive tasks, standardizing and simplifying processes, creating clear and intuitive ways to view and use information, and continuously improving workflows.
Focus on applying the most appropriate solutions for each need, promoting operational efficiency, cross-departmental collaboration, and making operations more agile, fluid, and impactful.
The role involves business understanding, solution design, development, testing, and deployment in a production environment.
Required technical and professional expertise
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of AI, Cloud, and Data, as well as RPA, VBA, Python, WomBAT, Monday, Dashboards, EPM, and Planning Analytics. (among other tools).
Experience in process improvement and system implementation.
Behavioral Skills
Excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Advanced English.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Growth mindset combined with solid interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excel and Data Analysis: strong proficiency in spreadsheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
Experience or knowledge in Collections and Accounts Receivable; billing, settlement, contract management, and reconciliation processes; Treasury Operations, Pension Funds, or Enterprise Risk Management
