Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Weekend Shift Assembly Mechanic Supervisor to oversee our weld department. This role requires experience in mechanics/ heavy assembly, with a preference for candidates with 5-7+ years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee the assembly department operations during the weekend shift.
Ensure high-quality electro-mechanical assembly practices.
Read and interpret blueprints to guide the assembly process.
Coordinate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills
5-7+ years of welding experience.
Proficiency mechanical assembly and fabrication would be a plus.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in assembly both mechanical and electrical.
Ability to work with stainless steel and mechanics.
Familiarity with tape measure use and structure assembly.

Work Environment
Work in an open warehouse environment with a focus on manufacturing. Initial training will be on the first shift for up to a month.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ringgold, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr.
