Mars SRM Market Manager in Riga, Latvia
Develops markets level SRM plans based on the total cluster SRM strategy, framework and guidelines.
Defines market level annual SRM targets based on cluster AEP commitments.
Partners, governs and monitors annual SRM targets delivery, proactively initiates scenario planning and gap closing activities. Ensuring agreed actions are followed through.
Conducts internal&external analysis of SRM metrics across markets, cells and category players, including financial and shopper metrics. Derives insights and maps the opportunities to maximize value creation at a local level.
Informs annual planning cycle with the market insights, poviding quantitative and qualitative SRM inputs.
Provides market level SRM inputs to S&OP+ forums (SRM council, Pricing council, DMR, PMR, MBR etc),
Rnsures proper feedback loop between market and cluster SRM, coordinates market decisions in line with SRM roadmap and principles.
Owns local pricing roadmap, creates and aligns SKU level pricing proposals in line with cluster pricing&PPA guidelines and commitments.
Develops harmonization plan towards targeted net pricing framework & corridor, monitors the progress and initiates gap closing activities or escalation process upon need.
Supports Customer selling story creation at a market level for pricing and PPA initiatives.
Adapts promotional guidelines at the market/cell level in line with cluster promo strategy and local investment choices, ensures harmonization with local activity calendars.
Translates cluster Trade architecture framework into market investment choices linked to desired SCM outputs. Identifies trade term opportunities for increased conditionality and effectiveness. Responsible for trade analytics to drive trade promo and terms recommendations.
Liaise with market teams to capture local needs and business requirements regarding SRM assets (digital tools, upskilling materials, codified process) and communicates feedback to regional/global SRM or digital teams, product owners, capability managers etc.
Locally supports TPM/TSM system deployment as a subject matter expert. Leverages TPM/TSM systems and partners with Sales, Finance, Sales operations and Portfolio&Activation to ensure transparency of Trade spend by account and program.
Orchestrates the roll-out of SRM upskilling programs at local level, fosters sharing best practices within cluster.
Develops local SRM capabilities in line with cluster value creation plan and cluster SRM 3Y roadmap.
