Temporary contract - 3 years

Responsibility of the Portfolio and FFN Calendar for Total Segment:

Representing Central Europe on Regional Forum sharing cluster needs and feedback regarding initiative to the Regional Team.
Deployment of Regional Concepts to all the markets in the cluster.
For portfolio changes created on the cluster level -> working hand in hand with the regional, activity management and category managers.
Processing the Portfolio changes internally throughout all the stages of S&OP process including: PMR approval and DCM, ODFs alignments
Preparing portfolio changes and clear execution guidelines for deployment by sales and category management Local Teams.

Key point of contact for all Orbit Portfolio for all CE teams

Single point of contact for local execution teams to work hand in hand and ensure that the potential of portfolio changes is maximized.
Single point of contact for sales team to make sure that initiatives are well planned, reflected and that sales team feedback is taken into consideration.

Analyzing results and learnings for the future

Single point of contact for sales team to make sure that initiatives are well planned, reflected and that sales team feedback is taken into consideration.

DCM forum facilitation

Responsibility to facilitate the DCM forum and oversight on the project management of the segment.
