POSITION SUMMARY
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care at the ADT program. This program provides day services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School diploma or GED
Experience
- Age 18 or older
Certifications & Licenses
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, driver for 3 years
- Capacity to successfully complete first aid, CPR, and medication administration courses
