Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care within an assigned department or unit
- Collaborates as part of the health care team under the direction of the clinical manager or designee
- Adheres to the Standards and Scope of Practice for Registered Nurses
- Performs all aspects of the nursing process:
- Assesses, analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
- Follows established Legacy Health System standards, including Patient assessment protocols & patient transfer procedures
Qualifications
*Education: *
As required by licensure.
BSN or degree in progress strongly preferred.
BSN may be required for specific assignments.
