Design, develop, and modify software modules and APIs used in the company’s ESL (Electronic Shelf Label) and display management platforms, including cloud-based components deployed in enterprise retail environments; Analyze complex customer business and system integration requirements in the retail domain and translate them into software specifications using information systems and software engineering principles; Develop software-level integration components and front-end interfaces to connect the company’s software with customer systems and cloud environments, including CRM and POS platforms, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange; Perform software testing, including functional and integration testing, identify defects, and implement routine performance improvements based on application log and data review; Prepare technical documentation, such as API and integration guides, and support deployment activities by providing technical expertise to internal implementation teams and enterprise customers; Support high-value enterprise clients by managing complex solution design, handling escalations, coordinating multi-team technical activities, leading integration cycles, ensuring system performance at scale, and aligning company capabilities with large retailer operational workflows. (Master's degree in Computer and Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field required. Skills involving integrating APIs, cloud services, RFID and IoT frameworks, and mobile applications; Experience using Azure SaaS, cloud monitoring tools, and enterprise API workflows. Knowledge of e ink display systems, hardware software integration, and mobile application system behaviors required.)
