Cosmax USA corporation Management Optimization Analyst in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey
Analyze data and information to diagnose problems and inefficiencies in Cosmax’s complex operation practices and procedures.Design, implement, review, and update effective management systems tailored for COSMAX Group’s global structure with multiple subsidiary offices and manufacturing facilities.Design, implement, review, and update robust management and operational procedures that seamlessly integrate with the COSMAX global network.Support the annual budgeting process for both consolidated and individual entities within COSMAX Group, including tracking, controlling, and reporting on budget implementation and variances.Conduct R&I / Sales top-to-top meetings, perform ad-hoc analyses, manage databases, and generate margin reports.Review and analyze monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements and cash flow forecasts.Collaborate with the COSMAX Group on financial and management activities, fostering a unified approach across the organization.Optimized COSMAX operational efficiency by auditing and upgrading internal systems, production methods, and inventory controls to reduce waste and enhance cost-effectiveness.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Global Management or a related field2 years of experience in a relevant analytical and financial roleExcellent communication and analytical skillsKorean language proficiency for collaboration with HQ in KoreaKnowledge of SAP and advanced Excel & PowerPoint
