As the Street Outreach Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Conduct outreach to locate individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability in the community
Build and maintain relationships with shelters, landlords and community partners
Participate in community meetings as requested
Assist with monitoring the Day Resource Room one time per week, as necessary
Assist the Case Managers as requested by Supervisors
Street Outreach Coordinator Minimum Salary: $22.00
Street Outreach Coordinator Maximum Salary: $22.00
Street Outreach Coordinator Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (35 hours per week)
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Human Services/Law Enforcement
1-3 years of relevant experience
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
