Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator)

Job Description:
Adecco Staffing is seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations and assist with an upcoming facility transition. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically active environment and are comfortable with a variety of warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and organize materials
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
Package and prepare products for shipment, including palletizing freight
Assist with organizing inventory and preparing materials for relocation to a new facility
Break down crates and materials (may require use of power tools)
Support racking setup and tear down during warehouse transition
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous forklift experience required
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
Ability to operate or willingness to learn basic power tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to assist with moving and setup tasks as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy materials as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
