We are seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule — perfect for culinary professionals looking for work-life balance while still working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards

  • Work confidently across multiple stations including pantry, grill, sauté, pastry, and baking

  • Maintain strict food handling, sanitation, and safety standards

  • Assist with prep work, stocking, and organization of kitchen stations

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and leadership

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations

  • Deliver consistent quality while working under pressure

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience as a Line Cook with exposure to multiple stations

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

  • High attention to detail and commitment to food quality

  • Flexibility to support additional needs as required

What We Offer

  • Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
