Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support a high-impact engagement with our client. This is a strategic, people-focused role designed to elevate the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of business analysis practices across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong analytical leader who thrives in collaborative environments, leads through influence, and is passionate about mentoring teams and driving clarity across complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Standards & Requirements Excellence
- Establish and promote consistent business analysis methodologies, templates, and documentation standards
- Team Support & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Foster collaboration across business units, IT teams, and vendor partners
- Communication & Stakeholder Influence
- Translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements
- Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 Business Analysts
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of Business Analyst experience
3+ years of experience mentoring or leading Business Analysts
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with enterprise-level or multi-system environments
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing or contributing to Business Analysis standards or a Center of Excellence
Background in data governance, data integration, or data quality
Familiarity with testing methodologies and automation tools
Strong data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills
