SitusAMC is seeking a highly motivated summer intern to join our Compensation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven student to gain practical hands-on experience by working with an experienced team to lead and contribute to key compensation projects and gain exposure across a variety of areas within Total Rewards.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead an intern and early career compensation analysis, including market benchmarking, internal equity reviews, and evaluation of conversion offers to support competitive and consistent pay practices

  • Design new job architecture definitions for India job levels and partner with the Compensation leader and Director of Global Human Resources to develop and implement India’s career framework, improving role clarity, pay alignment, and internal mobility

  • Identify and implement methods to optimize use of our external market pricing tool, including new AI features, data analysis, reporting, and other process improvements that will enhance efficiencies and insights

  • Gain exposure to the company’s deferred compensation programs by designing a tracking tool to monitor deferred bonus grants, vesting schedules, and payout timelines for accurate accruals and financial reporting

  • Partner with Human Resources in the review and finalization of plan documents for all commission-eligible incumbents and lead cross-functional conversations with HRIS to design and implement a solution that links individuals to their assigned commission plan

  • Assist with job matching/market pricing and conducting internal equity analyses across roles, levels, and departments by identifying pay outliers, trends, potential risk areas, and solutions using data analytics and AI-driven insights

  • Support the update and maintenance of the global salary structure, confirming appropriate internal and external alignment based on the company’s pay philosophy

  • Validate AI-generated outputs by reviewing results for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with compensation guidelines

  • Develop a broader understanding of Total Rewards programs by collaborating as a team player and contributing to various projects across compensation, payroll, and benefits

  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Intern level professional with relevant project, coursework, or prior internship/work experience

  • Interest in a future career in Human Resources

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in other MS Office Suite products such as Word and PowerPoint preferred

Entry-level understanding of HR concepts and compensation practices preferred

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$20.00 - $25.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
