ManpowerGroup Electrical Assembler in Richmond, Virginia
Our client, a leading organization in the electrical manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing of power distribution units and related electrical components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to build sub-assemblies and assemblies
Conduct visual inspections of materials before and after assembly
Use fixtures, gauges, hand tools, and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair products
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and make necessary adjustments
Adhere to safety, environmental, and health regulations while maintaining a clean workspace
What's Needed?
Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
Experience in production, packaging, construction, or related fields preferred
Knowledge of standard operating procedures and electrical assembly processes
Basic computer skills for documentation and process adherence
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
