Service Areas: Fulshear, Richmond, Rosenberg, Pecan Grove, portions of Sugarland Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts Pay: $13.00- $14.50/hr depending on experience + bonuses Job Duties: * Help clients stay independent in the comfort of their own homes * Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety * Provide companionship and heartfelt conversation * Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep and grocery shopping * Support personal hygiene and medication reminders * Engage clients in meaningful daily activities * Occasional Transportation when/if needed * Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family members and supervisors Why you will love working with Griswold Home Care: * Competitive pay: $13.00-$14.50/hour * Weekly paydays * PT, prn positions * Ongoing paid training and continuing education opportunities * PTO after first year of service * Holiday and overtime pay * Scholarship opportunities for continuing education * Flexible Schedules * Supportive team and caring leadership * Caregiver and client referral bonuses * Genuine appreciation for the work you do * Career growth within a trusted national brand What We’re Looking For: * Experience preferred (facility, agency, professional and personal), but if you've got heart, we'll train you! * Bilingual * Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & auto insurance (for client transport, if needed) * Strong communication skills and a caring attitude * Ability to pass background screening * CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain—ask us how!)
