Aerotek Production Operator in Richmond, Kentucky
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labor Associate to support daily production operations. This role involves loading and unloading materials, assisting machine operators, and sorting small, lightweight parts into crates. While individual parts are light, full crates may become heavy, so candidates should be comfortable with physical work.
Key Responsibilities
Assist machine operators with daily production tasks
Load and unload materials efficiently and safely
Sort and organize small parts into designated crates
Perform basic inspection and quality checks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.25/hr.
