Position: Client Transporter and Environmental Services Associate (CTESA)
The Client Transporter and Environmental Services Associate is responsible for safely transporting patients to and from the clinic, treatment programs, and approved locations. Position will also support a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment through porter and housekeeping duties. This role requires professionalism, strong boundaries, and sensitivity to individuals receiving mental health and substance use treatment.
Job Scope:
Primary Duties
Transportsapproved clients through JIRA systemto and from appointmentsfrom various Outreach locations
Assistclients with entering and exiting vehicles
Informs management of all vehicle activities and issues
Operates all vehiclesin accordance withapplicable laws; fuels vehicles as necessary
Performs pre-trip inspections of assigned vehiclewhich includes ensuring cleanliness of vehicle
Maintain professional boundaries andappropriate interactionswith clients
Report patient incidents or concernsimmediately
Secondary Duties
Light housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor which may include the following:
Cleancommon areaslike kitchens, cafeterias and offices etc.
Vacuum all carpeted rooms and mop non-carpeted floors
Monitor and service restrooms, refill soap dispensers, toilet paper rolls, toilet seat covers and paper towels in bathrooms

Be aware of universal precautions and proper procedures for cleaning up hazardous spills

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of High School diploma or GED
Clean and valid NYS driver’s license
Knowledge of OSHA universal precautions
Solid understanding of patient care andpreviousexperience working with clients/patients
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in healthcare, behavioralhealthor housekeeping
Previousexperience as a cleaner/porter/or housekeeper
CRPA-P or CRPA
Position Status
This is a full-time non-exempt position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and outside in the field. This role routinely uses standard office and vehicle equipment such as company vehicle, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to travel among assigned sites and locations as needed.
