Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Epic Beaker Analyst to support large scale Beaker operations, with a strong focus on lab barcode label design, switch rule optimization, and enterprise-level CP build. This role supports a multi site environment (25+ labs) and is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and consolidating Beaker CP build while partnering closely with lab operations. This person will support the deployment of lab barcode label designs for multiple go-lives across the organization. They will evaluate, build, optimize, and troubleshoot switch rules and print events used for label workflows. They’ll be responsible for gathering requirements from laboratory operations; perform analysis, document decisions, and update Beaker build accordingly.

Skills and Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience working in Epic Beaker or laboratory information systems within a large healthcare organization.
- Epic Beaker CP Certification (Clinical Pathology). AP certification not required.
- Strong Beaker CP build expertise, including test builds, workflows, lab compendium maintenance, and configuration across high-volume lab environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing Epic Beaker in large, multi-site organizations, ideally with:
- Lab barcode label design and deployment expertise, including:
o Creating and modifying switch rules
o Building and managing print events
o Implementing label logic across multiple labs and workflows LIS Background
