Job Title: Dietary Cook & Dietary Aid - START ASAP
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Dietary Cooks to join our team. Positions available include two cooks for the back of house working from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, and one customer-facing cook from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Weekend work is required every other weekend. The role involves accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and special/catered events.
Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and special/catered events.
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items.
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station and/or operate a grill station.
Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary depending on business necessities.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of cook experience.
Proficiency in following recipes.
Experience in food preparation, tray line, cooking, and food production.
Knowledge of food safety.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 - 2 years of previous related experience is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
