Deine Rolle
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Düsseldorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Event Operations Assistant (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. In dieser Position unterstützt du das Event-Team operativ bei der Planung und Umsetzung unserer Fachmessen. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass organisatorische Abläufe zuverlässig und strukturiert umgesetzt werden. Es handelt sich um eine unterstützende Rolle mit klar definierten Verantwortungsbereichen innerhalb eines größeren Event-Teams.
Deine Aufgaben:
Unterstützung bei der organisatorischen Vorbereitung und Durchführung unserer Veranstaltungen
Koordination mit internen Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern
Betreuung und Unterstützung von Ausstellern und Partnern
Mitarbeit bei Budgetübersichten und Kostenkontrolle
Unterstützung bei logistischen Themen (Auf- und Abbau, Materialkoordination etc.)
Operative Unterstützung vor Ort während der Veranstaltung
Dein Profil:
Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Event- oder Projektumfeld
Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität während Veranstaltungsphasen
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
