Our people make the difference. Join our talented team as a Field Work Supervisor with the Waste Project and Operations organization and the Capsule Transfer Project. As a Field Work Supervisor, you will oversee multiple bargaining unit personnel and contractors ensuring safe and compliant Capsule Transfer Operations and other activities within Hazard Category II Nuclear Facilities. A day in the life of a Field Work Supervisor includes, but is not limited to: * Oversee, plan, and execute field work. * Ensure maintenance and operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and company programs, policies, and procedures. * Review scheduled activities for manpower and resource allocation. * Provide status updates to WP&O management. * Interface with other departments across the company. * Review completed work for quality and completeness. * Training, development, and qualification of craft employees. * Conducting pre-job and post-job briefings including Enhanced Work Planning meetings and lessons learned. * Directing and controlling work in manner that is consistent with current boundaries of the Authorization Basis, ensuring a balance of craft skills, work site supervision, and documentation. * Ensuring field personnel are compliant with the company mandated and other applicable policies, procedures, programs and regulations including DOE directives, personnel safety, environmental compliance and safety of the general public. * Assuring status of Operations equipment including Technical Safety Requirement and environmental compliance is maintained and communicated to Operations personnel. Basic Qualifications Grade 18 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include journey-level craft), plus 4 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience must be nuclear experience. Grade 19 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include journey-level craft), plus 6 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience must be nuclear experience. The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience. Desired Qualifications * Previous experience as a supervisor, superintendent, or foreman. * Experience working in radiological facilities. * Strong ability to communicate and manage diverse activities simultaneously, understand resource allotment. * Experience supervising bargaining unit personnel. * Procedure Development. * Work package development. * P
