All Service Asphalt LLC Asphalt Roller Operator in Richland, Washington

Responsibilities

  • Operate roller equipment to properly compact asphalt and other materials, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
  • Perform routine maintenance and pre-operation checks to keep machinery safe, reliable, and in top working condition.
  • Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to understand project expectations and meet job specifications.
  • Monitor compaction quality throughout the process and make adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and job site regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist with additional equipment operation or general labor tasks when needed to support the crew.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience operating heavy equipment, particularly rollers, with full understanding of machine function, controls, and mechanics.
  • Understand how to roll density compaction
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Ability to work effectively on construction sites under varying conditions.
  • Valid driver's license

Schedule

  • Monday--Friday: Start and end times may vary based on job site needs and project completion.
  • Weekend work is not typical, but may be required occasionally based on project needs.
  • Holidays Off
