All Service Asphalt LLC Asphalt Roller Operator in Richland, Washington
Responsibilities
- Operate roller equipment to properly compact asphalt and other materials, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
- Perform routine maintenance and pre-operation checks to keep machinery safe, reliable, and in top working condition.
- Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to understand project expectations and meet job specifications.
- Monitor compaction quality throughout the process and make adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and job site regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with additional equipment operation or general labor tasks when needed to support the crew.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience operating heavy equipment, particularly rollers, with full understanding of machine function, controls, and mechanics.
- Understand how to roll density compaction
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to work effectively on construction sites under varying conditions.
- Valid driver's license
Schedule
- Monday--Friday: Start and end times may vary based on job site needs and project completion.
- Weekend work is not typical, but may be required occasionally based on project needs.
