COUNTY OF RICHLAND Richland County Deputy Treasurer in RICHLAND CENTER, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Performs a variety of administrative duties to assist the County Treasurer and act as Treasurer in the Treasurer\'s absence. Responsible for handling day-to-day processing, receipting, and balancing all of the ACH, Wire, and Physical deposits for the county within the tax collection software and accounting software. Maintains a variety of data spreadsheets for various reporting requirements as well as prepares state reports and publications. Responsible for auditing tax parcels and maintaining the Lottery Credit and Gaming Program for Richland County. Provides professional first-line support with customer service to the general public and to other departments within the county through a variety of ways including phone calls, emails and in person relating to the Treasurer\'s office. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field with experience in banking, and cash handling experience, customer service or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://administrator.co.richland.wi.us/employment/richland-county-treasurer-deputy/
