Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. is hiring a(n) Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Senior (ref. Code 2026-119038 in Richfield, OH.

Duties: Design and develop software applications to support retirement plan administration. Act as a technical leader within the Retirement Plan Services Technology team, guiding and supporting all aspects of software delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, tooling, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, testers, product owners, and scrum masters, to define and deliver system requirements. Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and support for professional growth. Lead the design and implementation of automated tests, promoting quality and reliability through Test Driven Development. 

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 96 months of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in a related occupation. Related skills may be required.
