What's a typical day as a Clinical Trial Customer Service Professional? You'll be:
Calling individuals that have registered to participate in Clinical Trials
Asking screening questions and recording answers to qualify individuals for Clinical Trials
Providing next steps for individuals that qualify for the Clinical Trial
Providing other trial options for individuals that do not qualify
You may be a good fit for this position, if:
You are able to work in Richardson
You are comfortable using multiple monitors and typing while obtaining answers
You are looking for a call center position without the pressure of cold calls or high quota expectations.
