We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Brand Manager- Ready to Eat Cereals (RTEC) to join our team in Sydney. In this exciting role, you will lead the charge across some of our RTEC brands, and the role will offer plenty of exposure to brand strategy, portfolio management. communications and innovation pipeline.
A day in the Life
You will join a passionate, energetic team that is hungry to win together as one. You will work on market leading brands and lead cross functional teams to deliver key projects to fuel growth.
You will take the lead on driving the core along with new product development across various projects driving continuous improvement, with responsibility for the end to end go to market plan.
A day in the life will look like:
Strategic lead of the brand plan across Australia, championing the needs of consumers, shoppers and customers.
Conversion of both category and consumer insights, into validated brand growth opportunities
Identification, development and delivery an innovation pipeline. Ensuring a long-term validated pipeline is always live and active
Management of the innovation process for key projects, in line with business objectives
Development and management of media plan and creative assets

You will be a dynamic, pragmatic and results focussed Brand Manager
You will have demonstrated strategic analytical skills as well solid project management skills in an FMCG business.
The ability to influence cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to build, agree and execute a solid growth-oriented strategy
You have extensive NPD experience, and experience working closely with an Insights team within a clearly defined NPD process
