Location: Reston, VA
What's the Job?
Develop and configure applications in line with architectural design recommendations to meet business process and application requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Maintain and update technical documentation, including workflows, processes, and configurations.
What's Needed?
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules (6+ years).
Proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within ServiceNow.
Active ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are required.
Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities is a plus.
Industry-specific ServiceNow experience in telecom is essential for success in this role.
