Summary
As a QA System Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of technology solutions that support our homebuilding construction operations, including scheduling, quality, and safety applications. You will work as part of a cross-functional team to support and enhance these applications by validating functionality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring technology effectively supports construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business and technical teams to ensure test coverage and application quality
Execute functional and regression testing based on test plans and system requirements
Create and maintain test cases and test documentation
Reproduce, document, and track defects in collaboration with the development team
Assist with root cause analysis and resolution of escalated production support issues
Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, support procedures, and user guides
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or level 2/3 application support
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with testing concepts and issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
Basic SQL knowledge to validate data and troubleshoot issues
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms is a plus
