Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in building high-performing teams and driving hiring strategies that support organizational growth. This is a hybrid position, working two days onsite and three days remote.
Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system
Partner with HR team members to deliver an excellent candidate experience
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in recruitment
Requirements
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Must have prior experience recruiting for some sort of manufacturing positions.
Technologically adept and resourceful
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Can start immediately and commute to Reston, Virginia.
