Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a small, highly collaborative team focused on building modern, full-stack applications that support critical business capabilities and enable data-driven decision making across land acquisition, marketing, and sales.
You will design and develop end-to-end solutions that integrate application workflows, data pipelines, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. You will work closely with engineering leadership, product management, business stakeholders, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications supporting business processes and decision-making.
Develop and integrate APIs, services, and data pipelines to support analytics and AI-enabled features.
Build solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem, including .NET, SQL, and Azure services.
Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure reliable, well-structured, and accessible data.
Contribute to development of reusable components, patterns, and services that can be leveraged by other teams.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and performant.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Job Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in software application development.
Strong experience building full-stack applications using the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL, Azure).
Experience designing and building enterprise-grade applications, including scalable and maintainable systems.
Experience developing data-driven applications that integrate with databases, APIs, and data services.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern development practices.
Experience working closely with product managers and business stakeholders to deliver business-focused solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is a plus.
Experience with data analytics, AI, or machine learning integration is a plus.
