Summary:
The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The team supports the Discovering Quantum organization, providing high-visibility administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting the growing robotics team through onboarding and headcount expansion, coordinating procurement activities such as POs, vendors, and equipment tracking, and providing on‑site administrative support for executives and team members based in Virginia.
This role will contribute by serving as a self directed executive administrative partner, acting as boots on the ground support, assisting with cross divisional needs, and serving as backup coverage as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
