As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will help shape strategy, accelerate execution, and champion the next generation of HR technology and AI‑enabled solutions.
What You’ll Do as the HR Strategic Operations Leader
• Serve as the right hand to the CHRO, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution of enterprise HR priorities.
• Lead and coordinate high‑impact, cross‑functional HR initiatives, including AI‑driven process reengineering, HR technology modernization, and operational transformation.
• Oversee HR operations with a focus on process optimization, compliance, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dashboards, and deliverables, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and strategic communications for senior leadership and board‑level audiences.
• Facilitate effective leadership meetings—drive agendas, track decisions, monitor action items, and ensure accountability.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging HR technologies, and AI advancements, recommending and implementing innovative solutions that elevate employee experience.
• Support change management, communication strategies, and training programs related to new HR systems, tools, and processes.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, project management, or Chief of Staff‑type roles within large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading HR technology, digital transformation, or AI implementation projects.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Exceptional project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High degree of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical HR solutions, automation, and digital workflow optimization.
