The Opportunity:
The Director, High Potential Leadership Programs leads the design, development, and delivery of Elevate@CACI , the enterprise’s high-potential leadership acceleration portfolio serving three distinct talent segments: identified successors for critical enterprise roles (Enterprise), high-potential mid-level leaders (Connection), and emerging leaders (NextGen).
The Director shapes Elevate@CACI as a differentiated, high-impact portfolio of cohort-based experiences that integrate vertical development, 360 assessments, executive engagement, leadership coaching, and enterprise stretch assignments.
The portfolio accelerates successor readiness, prepares high-potential leaders for expanded scope, increasing levels of complexity, and influence, and builds a robust pipeline of emerging talent equipped to step into future leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic design and governance of Elevate@CACI (NextGen, Connection, Enterprise)
Partner with VP Talent Development and VP HR Business Consulting to calibrate participant selection criteria and readiness expectations.
Use talent review data to define program scope and focus
Design high-impact, cohort-based experiences
Engage ELT and senior executives as sponsors, speakers, and mentors
Ensure participants build meaningful enterprise networks beyond their line of business or function
Embed individual and group coaching experiences within each Elevate cohort
Use 360s, assessments, and readiness data to personalize development focus
Establish clear governance, selection criteria, and evaluation frameworks
Track impact against readiness, mobility, retention, and leadership pipeline health
Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution of all cohorts
Establish clear program plans, milestones, risks, and success metrics
Track outcomes and continuously improve programs using feedback, data, and business results
Measures of Success
Elevated readiness levels for identified successors in critical enterprise roles
Demonstrated mobility and cross-functional movement among participants
Strong executive engagement and sponsorship across programs
≥90% favorable participant experience scores
Sustained high retention of high-potential leaders
Qualifications:
Required:
10+ years in leadership development, talent acceleration, or executive development
Demonstrated experience designing high-potential or executive acceleration programs
Experience linking development strategy to succession planning
Executive presence and strong stakeholder management capability
Formal coaching certification and applied coaching experience
Strong program governance and portfolio management skills
Desired:
Experience in complex, matrixed organizations
Familiarity with succession planning frameworks and talent review processes
Experience integrating 360 tools and executive assessments into development journeys

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$131,700 - $289,700
