The Commercial Kitchen Incubator Program Support Specialist is a front-line, direct service position responsible for supporting food entrepreneurs participating in FCCAA's Commercial Kitchen Incubator and Small Food Business Program
This role provides hands-on assistance to members using the facility, supports delivery of training and supportive services, and helps ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for entrepreneurs---particularly those from low-income and underserved communities.
The Program Support Specialist plays a key role in helping participants successfully navigate facility use, food safety practices, certification requirements, and basic business operations, while reinforcing FCCAA's mission of promoting self-sufficiency, workforce development, and economic opportunity.
Must pass Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Background Check
