  • Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself and others by following all safety procedures, using required safety equipment, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.

  • Handle materials with care and precision to protect product quality, ensuring that all items are moved, stacked, and stored according to company standards.

  • Work with a high sense of urgency to support production schedules and meet productivity expectations without compromising safety or quality.

  • Demonstrate consistent reliability in attendance and punctuality by arriving on time and completing the full scheduled shifts, including occasional mandatory overtime.

  • Lift materials up to 50 pounds on a regular basis as part of loading, unloading, and material handling tasks.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and production staff to coordinate material movement and resolve issues quickly.

  • Use attention to detail to verify counts, labels, and locations, and to help ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.

  • Apply basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure when needed for material measurements and quality checks.

  • Adapt to temperature changes in the facility, working effectively in conditions that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

  • Participate as a member of a small team of drivers, supporting coworkers and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

  • Follow company policies regarding drug screening, physical ability requirements, and all safety and operational rules.

  • Be available for mandatory overtime when required, including additional hours on Fridays or alternative days as needed to meet production demands.

Essential Skills

  • At least 5 years of recent forklift driving experience, primarily on a sit-down forklift, in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to read and use a tape measure.

  • High level of attention to detail to maintain quality and accuracy in material handling.

  • Demonstrated reliability in attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work the full weekend schedule.

  • Ability to work overtime as required, including mandatory overtime on some Fridays or other days.

  • Physical and mental ability to perform at a high pace with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity expectations.

  • Comfort working in a very large facility that can become hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

  • Minimum age of 18 years or older.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and a physical abilities test.

  • Positive attitude, good personality, and eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with material handling in support of large production machines such as corrugators, laminators, die cutters, and folder gluers.

  • Experience working within small forklift teams where communication and collaboration are critical.

  • Demonstrated history of strong performance that leads to wage increases and advancement opportunities.

  • Comfort working in an equal opportunity, harassment-free, and drug-free workplace.

  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and cross-train as needed to support production operations.
