Job Details: ** Service Linen Supply/MediCleanse is a well-established company serving customers across Washington and Oregon from our Renton location since 1946. We are a family-owned, mid-sized company committed to providing exceptional service and creating a positive work environment.
As a part time Client Support Representative, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Interaction: Answer phones, process orders, and address customer inquiries about products and services. Resolve service-related issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
Data Management: Enter, update, and manage client information and new customer accounts. Organize, enter, and scan customer contracts while ensuring data accuracy.
Administrative Support: Assist the Service Management and Sales teams with new accounts and daily route paperwork. Coordinate special orders with Production to ensure timely delivery of emergency services.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related experience that would translate to this position or direct experience in client support, call center or customer service management.
- Data entry or computer experience required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone skills.
- Must have great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Need to be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy of data entry in a fast-paced environment.
