Part-Time Receptionist

Location: On-Site | FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our escrow and title company. In this role, you will provide exceptional front-desk service to clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders while supporting the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Services

• Greet and welcome clients, real estate agents, lenders, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly; take accurate messages and route inquiries to the appropriate staff member.

• Manage the front lobby area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for escrow officers and other team members.

• Notify escrow officers and staff of client arrivals and coordinate signing appointments.

Administrative Support

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and overnight shipments as needed.

• Scan, copy, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents in accordance with company procedures.

• Assist escrow officers and support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file organization.

• Order and maintain office supplies inventory, notifying management when stock is low.

• Maintain confidentiality of all client and transaction information in compliance with company policy and applicable laws.

Escrow & Title Support

• Assist with the receipt and logging of earnest money deposits, checks, and wires; provide receipts as directed.

• Prepare basic correspondence, labels, and envelopes for escrow files.

• Support the team with document tracking and deadline reminders as assigned.

• Assist with preparation and distribution of closing packages and HUD/settlement statements as directed.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
