SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for supporting and ensuring compliance with Company policies and practices related to all areas of Loss Prevention and Safety, including but not limited to physical security, inventory control, investigations, and safety programs, as well as overseeing onsite security guard services.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3 years of practical Loss Prevention experience in a distribution center environment or 5 years of practical Loss Prevention experience in a related industry/field
1+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
Proven leadership navigating in a multi-level team environment
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Proven ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Must be able to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time
Practical experience working with CCTV, alarm, and access control systems
