MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Functionindepthknowledgeandunderstandingofmarketingand player development strategies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and performance marketing.

Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capabilities.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including a proven ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Provenexpertiseinthebudgetingprocess,PandLandfinancialmanagementofbudgets.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with the ability to effectively present information to leadership, staff, and external partners.

Mustpossessinterpersonalskillstodealeffectivelywith business contacts and team members at all levels of the company.

Teamorientation,basicinfluenceandconflictmanagementskills,andeffectiveconsultingandstrategicskills

Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exhibit professionalism while performing under pressure.

MustbeproficientinMicrosoftOfficeProducts:Excel,Word,PowerPoint,Publisher,andOutlook.

Flexibletoworkallshiftsincludingholidays,nights,andweekendhoursasbusinessneedsdictate.

Mustbeaminimumof21yearsofage.

Education and/or Experience

Minimum10yearsMarketingleadershipprogressiveexperience oranycombinationofeducation,training,or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Proven success managing VIP programs and high-value player portfolios.

Experience leading database marketing and CRM-driven campaigns.

Background in integrated resort environments preferred.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Certificate and Licenses

MustbeabletomaintainappropriateGamingLicenseandAlcoholAwarenesscard.

Physical Demand

Whileperformingthedutiesofthisjob,theteammemberisconstantlysitting,standing,walking,reachingoverhead, bending over, occasionally crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing during the duration of their shift.

Mustbeabletopush/pulland/orlift/carry50lbsorlessfrequentlyand25lbsorlessoccasionally.

Theteammember willconstantlyhaverepetitiveuseof theirdominant hand,andfrequentuseoftheirnon-dominant hand. Frequent light and firm/strong grasping motions will be required. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.

Constantuseofvisionabilitiesisrequiredincludingdistance,depthperception,fieldofvision,andcolorvision.
